Cancellation & Refunds Policy
A refund will only be raised where we are notified of non-attendance prior to the course:- If 7 days notice is given a full refund will be issued
- If less than 7 days notice is given a refund of 50% will be issued
- If a delegate fails to attend a course and notice has not been given, no refund will be issued
