The Law Society has begun their 2009 national promotional campaign...

Their aim is to help solicitors attract new business and retain existing clients during the downturn, by promoting the strong solicitor brand to the general public. This year's advertising and PR campaign promotes the solicitor brand by focusing on the reassurance to be gained by seeking advice from a properly qualified professional.

To assist you in this the Law Society is offering free promotional material such as posters, postcards and their popular series of guides for the general public on dealing with common legal problems.  These are all available to download from their website together with free PR support. The campaign also promotes the advantages of the Lexcel accreditation.  There are grants available to assist the implementation of the accreditation.  Contact bennettbrooks’ in-house solicitor, Peter Lane, who as part of his quality assurance role, assists in implementing and maintaining the accreditation as well as being an external assessor.  He can discuss the implementation process and how bennettbrooks can assist in the availability of grant funding.
